So here is the latest version of the logo I've been working on, as well as a few color variations. I'm still not really sure where I want to go with color, except that I want the dog to remain white and the cat to be a color. So far I've been leaning more toward these more intense colors, but I'll also try some more muted shades to see how they look.
I really love where this is going. The whole shape of the logo is very cohesive now and essentially symmetrical. As far as color goes, I'm really liking the ones with blue in them. The grey and orange ones are my favorites.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I would bring in the spacing between "upscale" and "resale," and maybe try to figure out a small character divider ( - , / , • , | , etc) to put between the two words, but that's my only consideration (besides vectorizing the animals, of course).
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jason! Looking at this again now, I do agree that the spacing is too far. I also used futura there (of course!), but I wonder if I should switch to futura expanded... things to consider.
